General Policy

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee on all purchases for shipments within the contiguous United States. This typically amounts to 10-15% of the total order charge, though rates may fluctuate. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, though we are working to expand our reach. Thank you for your understanding!

Order and Processing Times

For in-stock products, you can expect to receive your purchase within 3-5 weeks. This accounts for processing time, as well as delivery time. If our team is able to expedite this so you can enjoy your product sooner, we absolutely will. If your product has a lead time, our team will be in touch to confirm your expected ship date, as well as provide any clarification you may need.

Backordered Items

Our team works hard to ensure products reflex the most accurate stock and estimated shipping  timeframes. That said, estimated shipping timeframes are tentative and subject to change due to manufacturing or production delays. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items.  Please remember: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of changes in lead time (See more at our Return & Cancellation policy.) Once an order  is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.
