Home Staging Features
Custom Design
We tailor every stage to the property, aligning our design with your vision and buyer insights. Reserve Members and Pro Partners receive product previews pre-install to ensure we’re fully aligned before we begin.
Flexible Terms
We know each property and client is different, so we provide a range of stage lengths allowing you to invest in what is best for your project. Starting rental terms are for 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Extensions available as needed.
WHERE WE WORK
Our staging design team is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and we work frequently in Nashville proper, as well as surrounding cities such as Brentwood, Franklin, College Grove, and Murfreesboro.
Beyond our local community, we provide staging services on a regional basis for strategic partners and long-term model home projects.
Trade Program
We work best in partnership—with builders, realtors, and design-minded professionals who care as much about experience as they do outcome.
