Our Process

1. Make an Inquiry
Start with the essentials. Fill out our inquiry form and tell us about your property, preferences, and timeline. 

2. Meet Your Design Coordinator:
Once we receive your inquiry, our Design Coordinator will reach out to learn more about your project, schedule a property consult (if needed), and ensure we have the essentials to prepare a thoughtful project proposal.

3. Review Your Proposal
Your Design Coordinator will send over an itemized proposal to stage your property. Want to change the rooms staged or length of the term? Not a problem. We’ll refine the specifics until we land on a solution you love.

4. Book It
Sign your contract, pay your booking fee, and we’ll schedule a delivery date that works for you.

  • We specialize in vacant properties and new builds. When our creative team is able to work with a blank canvas, we can create the most cohesive look to elevate your home.

  • While each property varies, we typically recommend staging the core rooms of a home (living, kitchen, dining, and primary bedrooms), as well as any spaces that are difficult to envision how to use. If you aren’t sure the best direction, your Interiors Coordinator can evaluate your property and make recommendations about which rooms to feature. Ultimately, the decision of where to invest is up to you.

  • We price our staging service based on square footage, so fees are always transparent. This method also allows you to easily refine your scope of work to land on an investment that works well for you. We do have a $5,000 minimum initial stage fee for any project.

  • We offer initial 30-, 60-, and 90-day terms. After your initial term has expired, we offer four-week extensions.

  • The installation timeline varies based on the size and scale of the property. For most properties, we request 2-3 business days for full installation. This allows our creative team time to make refinements and perfect the space.

  • While we welcome your ideas and want you to love the final design, for our standard package our creative team has full discretion on what we install in a space. If you would like to be more hands-on in the design process, we do offer a premium stage service for an increased fee that allows you to review selections prior to install and provide feedback.

  • Yes! All home stages are shoppable and pieces can often be purchased directly from the home or in new condition. Contact for information about products in each property.

  • For builders and realtors who would like to partner on projects consistently, we have a Landmark Program. Clients commit to a minimum of 5 properties per year with a minimum annual spend of $25,000. Landmark members receive design consults for each home, preferred pricing, more flexible terms, and additional perks.
