Furniture subscription is a short-term solution for your essential furniture and interior decor needs. Whether you’re relocating, moving to a new home, or simply want a fresh face on your space, furniture subscription allows you to rent individual pieces or pre-designed packages on a month-to-month basis.

The majority of our furniture is new or lightly used. Our quality control process helps ensure that every piece of furniture we deliver to you is cleaned, inspected, and meets the Mayker standard prior to delivery.

We offer short and long term rental periods to allow you to find the rental period that fits you best. Initial terms are a minimum of 3 months with options to extend on a month-to-month basis after.

Each space is different. We price our Furniture & Decor Subscriptions individually by piece so you can invest in the furnishings your space truly needs. Rental fees are listed by month.

We have a $2,500 monthly minimum, and a 3-month minimum rental.

Our subscription is a great opportunity to try the furniture out and make sure you love it before investing fully. If you want to purchase a piece at the end of your term, 50% of your rental payments on that product(s) can go toward the purchase price. No risk, all reward.

Delivery and pick-up are a flat fee equal to 20% of one month’s rent.

As a part of our service, your Design Coordinator will conduct a site visit (if applicable) and ensure fit prior to confirming your selections to ensure everything fits.

Unfortunately our team is not authorized to remove non-Mayker items from your property. Your home should be ready to receive furniture on delivery day.

Yes. Prior to delivery, your Design Coordinator will be in touch with a contract to sign that will verify your stage length and other key terms.

Your credit or debit card will be charged for your first month, as well as the Delivery Logistics Fee, at contract. Your plan starts on the day of delivery, and you'll be charged automatically on a monthly basis thereafter.
